Health is a journey not a destination… lifestyle and self awareness are the vehicles of success. Our most empowered position is cultivating a life that supports the body and mind. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, mindset, beliefs, are all tangible things that WE control which have direct impacts on our health outcomes.

Learning to support those areas can strengthen our position- facing an ever rising threat of chronic lifestyle diseases, the harm of perpetual stress on the body, and the lackluster life of running the rat race (ie self sacrifice without fullfillment). Enough is enough, it is time for us to take the power into our own hands. Proclaiming that self-care IS HEALTH CARE.

 

We have the ability and potentiality to improve our health, satisfaction, and wellbeing by cultivating habits and mindset to support our highest good. Life is short, you deserve to be happy, strong, rejuvenated!

 

My coaching philosophy is that building an understanding of what our body needs on a deep, personal level, informs the most sustainable and aligned actions. When we are making moves from THAT space, magic happens! 

 

Typically I work with women who want to make sustainable health and dietary changes, find movement & mindfulness that fits into their lifestyle, and stress reduction through emotional and nervous system regulation.
